The widget isn't updating. Widgets refresh on a schedule the OS controls (roughly every 15–30 minutes). If it's been longer, open the app once — and on Android, check that battery optimization isn't restricting the app.
Can I turn off the profanity? Yes — there's a clean mode. It's still judgmental, just politely.
Where does the weather data come from? Open-Meteo. If the forecast is wrong, the sky lied to both of us.
Bleeping Weather is made by one person and a small flock of robots. Replies may take a day or two.
